The two identical proposed houses are facing the east

A similar layout was followed in repetition at the side to host the gents/ladies hostel for an agriculture college. Each block was for an area of 40,000sq.ft. A 2 storey structure houses a total number of 32 rooms with 3 person per room which sums up to a total of 96 students.

The building is planned to be rectangular housing with a large courtyard in the middle to accommodate the volleyball & tennis court for the students.

It was also taken care that trees at the site get accommodated in the courtyards.
